Balboa Park Condominiums

 

Balboa Park is an upscale, 152-unit condominium complex in the City of Turlock. The eight-acre site includes a community clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, spa and fountain, outdoor barbecue area, children’s play area, and more than 100,000 square feet of common garden and open space. The planting design responds to the micro-climatic hydrozones of the site, thus conserving water and maintenance resources. Enhanced paving and fencing materials have been applied abundantly throughout the Balboa Park site. Ground floor unit entrances are accented with granite, slate and colored pre-cast concrete pavers. Porcelain tile paving is used extensively at the Clubhouse, decorative fountain, pool and spa. Custom pre-cast concrete and glazed ceramic pottery is distributed throughout the Project, accenting the recreation area and building entry courts. Balboa Park Condominiums opened in the summer of 2005.
