Shea Center

 

Occupying over 750 acres, Shea Center is a mixed-use and office campus prominently situated adjacent to Interstate 580 in Livermore, California. Our office designed over 2.0 miles of streetscape, including the project entry landscaping, and freeway frontage planting. A 3.0 acre park with detention basin, and a .81 acre vineyard at the entrance to the headquarters of Shea Properties are key public spaces. The planting concept was developed along with our entry signage system to provide a formal, unified expression throughout the entire campus.
