MD FOTHERINGHAM, Landscape Architects, worked with a team of established professionals in a variety of disciplines including architects, engineers, environmental scientists, artists, and horticulturists. Our design process integrated physical form, social patterns, and natural systems, resulting in interactive landscapes that demonstrate environmental fit.
Michael Fotheringham, ASLA, received a Masters of Landscape Architecture degree from Utah State University in 1978, and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Brigham Young University in 1974. He has practiced as a landscape architect in Canada and the United States over the last 44 years, and offers extensive experience in providing design services and products for a diversity of projects and clients. Northern California has been his focus for the last 30 years, completing residential, recreational and commercial projects throughout the region. MD Fotheringham, Landscape Architects, Inc., was established in 1992, and held registration to practice landscape architecture in California and Nevada. Michael retired and closed the office in 2022.
