Cornerstone Apartments is comprised of 204 rental units in 16 buildings on an

8.33-acre site. We provided landscape design for all common areas and perimeter streetscapes. Common areas included the swimming pool and spa center, a tot lot with play structure, and all pedestrian paving areas. The apartment complex is located in a new commercial area in Pittsburg, California, and is adjacent to a regional trail system. Construction was completed in 2001.
